By registering yourself with us, you explicitly authorize Bajaj Power and its representatives to contact you via email, phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS. This authorization extends to offering you our services, imparting product knowledge, and informing you about promotional offers running on our website or otherwise communicated by us. You consent to receive such communications irrespective of whether you have registered your contact number under the Do Not Disturb (DND), Do Not Call (DNC), or National Consumer Preference Registry (NCPR) service. You hereby provide your express consent to receive calls from Bajaj Power for the aforementioned purposes.
You agree that, to the extent allowed by law, any advance payments made towards our products or services to Bajaj Power are non-refundable in all cases whatsoever. The advance suggests your better understanding in favor of the non-refundable nature of the confirmed payment.
Installation of your solar power system is considered project-timelined between 45 to 90 days, depending on our reasonable assessment of the working conditions, assuming the avoidance of any dependencies that may, within reason, be considered as a halt to the progress
Nonetheless, unforeseen situations might crop up that would have bearings on the project timeline. Such situations may include but would not be limited to:- supply-of-material delays, logistics, weather conditions, approvals from regulators, or any other circumstance under direct control.
In the event of any such unforeseen delays that may extend the initially estimated project timeline, Bajaj Power will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify you of the delay and provide you with an updated estimated timeline. You agree that Bajaj Power shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from any reasonable extension of the project timeline due to such unforeseen circumstances.
These Additional Terms of Use are effective as of the Effective Date of the main Terms of Use and constitute an integral part thereof. Your continued use of our Services signifies your understanding and acceptance of these additional terms.
