  • 4. Pre-existing Conditions: All pre-existing diseases are to be covered from day one.
  • 3. Portability: This scheme will enable portability of the insurance across the country.
  • 3. Smart Card System: Biometrics-enabled smart card would be issued for easy identification and claims.
